A New Chapter for Healing Harmonies

Why Healing Harmonies? For us, Healing Harmonies represents growth, impact, and the power of connection. Formerly known as MIHNUET (Music in Hospitals and Nursing Homes Using Entertainment as Therapy), we’ve embraced a new name to better reflect who we are and what we do.  

With Healing Harmonies, we're looking to expand our reach beyond nursing homes and hospitals, to bring the joy of music to more communities—students, shelters, and others who might appreciate a little melody in their lives! Plus, we wanted something both memorable and meaningful, showing anyone what we are all about with just our name.

We’re also taking a big step forward by transitioning into a nonprofit organization! This shift will allow us to fully embrace our mission, grow our team beyond Northeastern University, and make an even bigger impact. We’re offering board positions—from treasurer to co-president—to those who share our passion for bringing healing through music.
